Apax wins House of the Year at European Private Equity Awards

Apax Partners’ impressive investment record was recognised at last night’s Real Deals/EVCA European Private Equity Awards, when it was selected as House of the Year.

Apax faced stiff competition from 3i, Axa Private Equity, Coller Capital and Industri Kapital at the ceremony, held at the Hotel Arts in Barcelona.

Apax also won Nordic Deal of the Year for its highly successful investment in healthcare business Mölnlycke, and was shortlisted for no less than three other regional awards.

Its Parkeon investment was in the running for the France & Benelux deal of the year; TIM Hellas was nominated for the Mediterranean category; and CBR for the Germany, Switzerland and Austria award.
